Oculus Martii's Rapier is an Imbued Item enchanted with the Alter Accuracy rote (a covert effect which improves the weapon's balance, granting 9 Again to any rolls made with it). It holds up to 11 Mana, and 1 Mana is required to activate the Alter Accuracy rote.

(Note: Until you spend the xp on this, it's going to be a mundane rapier. I will say that once you spend 12 xp on the rapier, you discover that Mana can be placed inside the rapier.)
