Scene 1: Descent

The cabal receives a list of the wonders of Salomon's House when they (cabal, Svador, Master of House, two doctors) descend to the bottom of the shaft. All have Mage Sight up. Matthieu can sense the machinery in the walls, we've gone down a thousand feet at least. Salih discovers we are approaching the central giant Hallow. Salih uses a Fate effect to see our impact as drops of water in the pool of Salomon's House. The Fate magic tells him they are meant to be done here, as rain is meant to fall from the ground. They will meet a source and flow into a larger river/body of water. Salih will discover Makovsky. Bottom of mineshaft. No wonders here. Lights on the walls, the gems of the city.
